This rider is deemed necessary by Artist in order to make his presentation as effective as possible. It is essential that you read it very carefully and comply with all of its provisions. In the event that you have any questions regarding any of these provisions, please immediately contact Artist’s representative: • 1 large dressing room with bathrooms for the sole use of Artist. All dressing rooms must be accessible to Artist from load-in to load-out. • ● The Artist requests the following to be provided in Copastetics dressing room at the time of load-in. Bottled water; Assorted Juices; Coffee (sugar + cream) Sodas both diet and regular Assorted finger food (ex: vegetable platter, sandwiches, chips/crackers/dip, fruit, muffins, bagels). If the venue is at a location where restaurant level food is not available • ● Meals following souncheck will be needed for 9 Members (Band members and crew) • ● Can be in the form of catered meal, vouchers, or meal buyout for Band members and crew • ○ If meal is catered, please communicate with Artist Representative for allergies and food preferences. • If the venue is at a location where restaurant level food is available ● Copastetic requests to have meal Vouchers or Meals Orders for 9 Members (Band members and crew) • ● Can be in the form of catered meal, vouchers, or meal buyout for Band members and crew • ○ If meal is catered, please communicate with Artist Representative for allergies and food preferences
If the venue is at a location where restaurant level food is available ● Copastetic requests to have meal Vouchers for Meals Orders for 9 people provided. •
The Operator agrees to provide proper and sufficient security at all times to ensure the safety of the Artist’s person and equipment while they are in the venue. Security must also be provided at the dressing rooms.
Transportation
1. Flights: •
● Purchaser shall provide a minimum flight class of “Coach” on all domestic flights •
● Purchaser shall provide a minimum of Business Class on all International Flights •
● Purchaser shall provide non-stop flights when possible, if not possible with minimum lay-overs where possible.
2.Baggage ● Purchaser shall provide reimbursement of all baggage which includes 2 checked bags per traveling Band Member and Crew, along with any equipment that is being provided by the Artist for the Performance.
3.Ground Transport ● If requested, Operator will meet Artist at airport with a vehicle(s) capable to transport 9 passengers and associated equipment and luggage to transport Artist to and from airport, hotel, and venue.
4.Parking • ● Purchase shall provide ample parking for the Artist and Crew • ● Parking needs to allow to continuous access to artist vehicles.
• HOTEL
1. If hotel is being provided by Operator: Initials ________ • ● It must be a clean, quiet, (3 star) establishment close to the venue that is able to provide room service, quiet heating and air conditioning, and television. • ● Artists and crew (9) request individual, NON-smoking rooms with king or queen size beads for all members of the band and show technicians. Where Individual Rooms are Not Available, the Artist requests 5 double occupancy rooms. • ● Hotel should have complimentary breakfast provided for all band members. • ● Rooms should be in the quietest part of the hotel, preferably close (but not immediately next to the venue). • ● Housing can be in the form of a negotiated housing buyout.
